Opening post of this forum :
" I know this is really pushing it but does anyone know of any UK car rental places that will do car hire for a twenty year old (ie. me!). I could really do with it! Looked everywhere but it just looks like I'll have to find an alternative. Seems the minimum age is about 23, 21 with a surcharge.
